Today, we’re thrilled to unveil Agentio to the world, propelled by a significant seed investment of $4.25 million. This isn't merely a funding milestone; it’s the start of a paradigm shift in advertising, aligning brands and creators through authentic engagements that can finally be purchased at scale, through Agentio’s first-of-its-kind, patent-pending ad platform. 

We, Arthur Leopold (CEO) and Jonathan Meyers (CTO), co-founded Agentio rooted in a profound understanding garnered from our previous ventures at Cameo and Spotify. Our collective insights into the creator, influencer, and marketing domains laid the foundation for Agentio—an ad platform that fundamentally simplifies the process of acquiring sponsored creator content, mirroring the ease of purchasing ads on platforms like Facebook and Google.

Agentio emerges as the first-of-its-kind AI-powered ad platform, initially focusing on YouTube creator-led sponsored content ad reads. It addresses a significant gap in the advertising market, where creators and brands often navigate a tedious, highly manual, and opaque process to collaborate. Our technology streamlines this collaboration, aiming to redirect a notable portion of the $300B digital ad spend towards authentic, creator-led content that resonates with audiences on a human level. 

Creator-led ad reads, especially on YouTube, are among the most performant and efficient ad units available, yet one of the hardest to buy. Agentio is changing this - opening a new, highly-performant ad channel for marketers, and helping fund creators in a more meaningful way.

The seed investment round, led by Craft Ventures & AlleyCorp, along with other prestigious investors - from the world’s leading marketers to the most notable creators - embodies a strong endorsement of the transformation Agentio aspires to drive in the advertising landscape. By automating a previously manual process, we are enabling brands to dramatically scale their creator and influencer marketing programs, while offering creators and their teams a platform to list their ad inventory in real-time, facilitating a seamless auto-bid mechanism for available ad slots.

The beta release of our software platform has already captured the attention of many leading advertisers and creators, demonstrating the potential, effectiveness, and scale of the opportunity to transform the digital ad market.
