Diminishing returns and attribution blind spots

Klover’s Growth Marketing engine was heavily relying on traditional paid media channels. As monthly spend increased, the company started experiencing diminishing returns. The team needed new, incremental volume - not just more of the same.
YouTube Creators was the clear choice. When considering a cash advance solution, consumers are actively seeking explanation and validation from trusted voices. A 90-second, Creator-endorsed integration on YouTube functions more like a recommendation from a trusted friend than an ad, which is what a category built on financial trust actually requires.
At the same time, standard influencer approaches - outreach, negotiation, approval cycles, measurement - are administratively heavy, and launching YouTube Creator partnerships presented real operational friction:
- No reliable click-based attribution (most users search the app after viewing)
- Risk of large upfront spend without measurement confidence
- No dedicated in-house partnerships manager
Klover faced a common dilemma: the only way to learn is to spend, but spending without measurement confidence is hard to justify internally.
Launch fast, measure rigorously, scale with confidence

Instead of building a Creator program from scratch, Agentio enabled Klover to launch YouTube Creator partnerships immediately and without adding headcount.
Rather than treating Creators as one-off tests, Agentio enabled the team to think of Creator marketing as a true media channel - like paid search or display - with native storytelling advantages.

Over a period of less than four months, Klover scaled Creator partnerships rapidly:
- 96% approval rate: Klover approved 96% of Creators recommended by Agentio’s AI matching engine
- Hundreds of YouTube integrations managed per month, with no additional headcount
- 10M impressions generated with 82% average View-through Rate
The 96% Creator approval rate wasn’t achieved by showing Klover only obvious options. It was achieved because the matching criteria were genuinely aligned with what Klover needed: Creators whose audiences exhibited financial product affinity, demonstrated trust in product recommendations, and had engagement patterns consistent with financial services conversion.
Agentio’s matching draws on cross-Brand behavioral data across the Creator ecosystem - not just follower counts or category labels. Finding all these Creators manually would have been nearly impossible.
Proven incrementality at scale

Rather than rely on last-touch attribution, which systematically undervalues YouTube’s contribution, Klover worked with BlueAlpha to integrate Agentio delivery data into a Marketing Mix Model (MMM), assessing the incremental value of Creator spend relative to other channels.
Third-party findings showed:
- ~2 conversions per 1,000 YouTube views
- 10% of all iOS conversions attributed to Agentio (vs. 5.5% of total iOS spend)
- 7.5% of all Android conversions attributed to Agentio (vs. 6.5% of total Android spend)
- Incremental cost per conversion that compared favorably with established paid channels
With incrementality validated, Klover gained the confidence to scale the channel aggressively - ultimately more than doubling quarterly spend after the results were confirmed.
Critically, Creator CAC was evaluated on the same basis as all other channels. Klover maintained consistent performance thresholds and used probabilistic CAC ranges from the model to guide scaling decisions.
Infrastructure + intelligence
The Klover program is a proof point in how to scale a new channel the right way.
